GREENARAMA 2011 AWARDS - Designs on Madison was awarded multiple People’s Choice Awards as well as awards from a panel of judges for their work on the Pinnacle Custom Building Group’s entry the “Ardwyn” and the Somerset Custom Homes’ entry the “EcoPolitan” in the 2011 Greenarama Show. HOMEARAMA 2011 AWARDS - Designs on Madison was awarded the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Decorating as well as First Place Favorite Decorating and First Place Favorite $2,500 Design Bedroom by the judges of the Home Builders Association for their work on the Daniels Hicks Homes entry the “Collina Bella Casa” in the 2011 Homearama Show.
Other awards for this home include First Place for Favorite Kitchen, Lower Level and Study/Office/Library, and Second Place for Favorite Family Room/Great Room. Congratulations to the designers on this project: Amy Holt, Sara Berninger and Jill Holt Koch.
Designs on Madison took part in both the Greenarama and Homearama home shows in 2011. Greenarama featured a series of “Green” LEED Certified homes in Columbia Tusculum. Designers Amy Holt, Shannon Conley and Andrea Davis worked with builders Pinnacle Custom Building Group and Somerset Custom Homes on their entries. Homearama featured a community of luxurious homes in West Chester. Designers Amy Holt, Sara Berninger and Jill Holt Koch worked with builder Daniels Hicks Homes on their entry. Designs on Madison participated in Art Design Consultant’s “Cincinnati Design Star” in February 2011. The entry, “The Boudoir”, showcased a romantic bedroom in the art gallery. (Featured in the Cincinnati Enquirer’s “Home & Style” Section on March 5, 2011.)
